hi, we're lumivarna
We started Lumivarna with one simple belief: every child is born a scientist. The "why?" questions, the taken-apart toys, the endless curiosity — that's not a phase. That's a superpower worth protecting.
why we exist
Somewhere between screens and busy schedules, kids stop asking "why?" — and we think that's a shame. So we set out to make learning feel like play again: books packed with real answers, wacky experiments, and brain-tickling questions that turn car rides, bedtimes, and rainy afternoons into little adventures.
Today, families across the country use our collection to swap screen time for spark time — no batteries, no downloads, just curiosity.
curiosity first
Every page is built around real questions kids actually ask — and answers that make them ask even more.
screen-free fun
Designed for ages 5–12 to explore on their own or together with you — no apps, no ads, no batteries required.
teacher-approved
Created with educators so the fun sneaks in real learning: science, math, logic, and big "aha!" moments.
